The Audit Committee assists the Board of Directors of OS Capital Investments (Pvt.) Ltd. in overseeing the integrity of financial reporting, the adequacy of internal controls and risk management, the external audit process, and compliance with the regulatory requirements of the SECP, PMEX and PSX.
